Back in the day of the Flinstones, the only surround sound was the sound echoing off the back of the caves. Luckily, these days, the man cave can be kitted out with the highest quality gaming chairs with incredible surround sound such as the X- Dream Rocker Ultra 4.1. This chair, in my opinion, is the pinnacle of gaming chair sound system, it’s has 2 separate speakers and a subwoofer as well as wireless capability. The chair is compatible with a huge range of devices allowing you to watch movies and listen to music as well as the standard gaming capabilities.
Unfortunately for the caveman back in the day, their chairs of stone had no vibration feedback capability, but there are a huge range of gaming chairs with this feature now! The best being the BraZen Spirit 2.1. This chair has Bluetooth surround sound and is fitted onto a pedestal- definitely a modern day feature! It is adult sized with an audio output that is compatible with almost any audio device and encompasses genuine vibration feedback functionality – not just a vibe from the bass via a subwoofer – it has a separately controllable vibration motor.
A further very important quality of the gaming chairs of today is the style and storage. Currently, the only chair on the market that is completely wireless, including power cables is the BraZen Cobra 2.0. It is a surround sound floor rocker that is battery powered and folds away so super easy storage! This chair is an eye catching colour and is also adult sized- perfect for rooms with limited space.
Now at the top end of the market is the X Rocker 4.1 Bluetooth Surround Sound Recline. This chair is in another class of its own! A similar chair was seen in Joeys man cave on many episodes of Friends, but this one is about one third of the price. This gaming chair has pretty much all the features mentioned already; Bluetooth connectivity, surround sound, vibration feedback and subwoofer as well as the incredible, reclining feature and padded armrests with cup holders- what more could you want?!
Beats the Flinstones stone armchair anyway!
